Rivian’s In-Vehicle Infotainment is an immersive digital experience through which our consumers not only interact with their vehicles but also connect with the outside world to enjoy hands-free entertainment and communications. As an infotainment product manager, you will be instrumental in creating these beautiful and intuitive in-vehicle experiences for our Rivian drivers and passengers. For this role, we are looking for an experienced strategic thinker who can bring music, podcasts, video streaming to our Rivian users to enjoy while on their commute, trips, charge breaks ,etc. Responsibilities Define the software product strategy and roadmap for Infotainment Entertainment portfolio, in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior leadership. Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities and drive continuous improvement of existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and user needs. Prioritize features and functionality based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact. Lead the product development process, including coordinating with software engineers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate product concepts. Track and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and performance data to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Serve as the subject matter expert on the software product portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and external partners. A genuine love of brands that are focused on creating positive impact Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product management across mobility, automotive or consumer technology verticals Customer-first approach with a relentless passion to improve the experiences through consumer research, user feedback, industry analysis Excellent communication and people skills; ability to articulate a product vision and influence leaders/partners to accomplish it Business partner management expertise; ability to collaborate and negotiate roadmaps with external partners Be highly capable of working with technical teams through periods of rapid growth and scale Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: History of working through ambiguity and launching products in markets that go from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 1.x Comfort building platforms that integrate across multiple 3rd party providers and ecosystems Aptitude for working closely with the UX/UI design team to realize innovative and useful designs Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $181,500 - $209,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
