Role Summary Become a pivotal member of the Business Operations team, contributing directly to the strategic and operational success of RV Tech as we scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of high-impact activities: Project Execution & Collaboration: You will drive key workstreams within cross-functional strategic projects with high levels of visibility, ensuring effective collaboration and progress across different teams. Process Design & Operationalization: You will contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of essential business processes that will underpin RV Tech's efficiency. Organizational Effectiveness: You will support effectiveness of the C-Suite by facilitating communication, priority tracking and execution, and ensuring alignment across relevant stakeholders. Data-Driven Insights & Analysis: You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making and provide quantitative insights to leadership. Responsibilities Manage specific workstreams and drive progress within cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring clear communication and accountability among stakeholders. Contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of new operational processes and identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows. Support the execution and ongoing operation of established business processes across various departments. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to support strategic initiatives and leadership communication. Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement and design initiatives, including current-state assessments, benchmarking, and best practices identification." Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, IT, Legal, etc.) to support the execution of key initiatives and resolve operational challenges. Contribute to the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the development of insights to drive organizational effectiveness. Support the coordination of activities and information flow between RV Tech, Rivian, and Volkswagen Group on strategic projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 3-4 years of experience in a consulting, business operations, strategy, or analytical role. Experience in the Automotive, Electrical Hardware, or Software Development industries is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and drive results in cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present data and insights clearly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail, strong organizational, and time management skills. Ability to perform standard office duties Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, California Based Applicants: $132,100.00 - $165,100.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Irvine, California Based Applicants: $121,000.00 - $151,500.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
