Role Summary The Procurement team is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Supplier Relationship Manager to establish and execute a world-class, centralized Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program across all global entities. This critical role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of strategic suppliers (covering Direct, Indirect, and Capex categories) to drive maximum performance, mitigate risk, ensure contractual compliance, and foster a collaborative environment for continuous innovation. The manager will be the central point for supplier governance, global performance tracking, and reporting on the health of the supply base to senior leadership. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a robust global Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework, processes, and tools across all international locations. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic suppliers across all procurement categories (Direct, Indirect, Capex) to measure and ensure adherence to technical, quality, and commercial targets. Lead and facilitate regular supplier performance reviews (QBRs/SBRs) with strategic supplier and internal senior leadership teams. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks (financial, operational, geopolitical, and compliance) across the global supply base, developing and monitoring risk mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., cost reduction, quality improvements, efficiency gains) in partnership with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ensure supplier adherence to all contractual agreements, compliance standards, and RV Tech's Code of Conduct, coordinating with Legal and Quality teams as needed. Manage and coordinate the global supplier onboarding and off-boarding process, ensuring proper due diligence and system setup. Communicate supply base performance, risks, and strategic initiatives clearly to the Executive Leadership team. Act as the primary point of escalation and resolution for complex global supplier disputes and performance issues.
