Role Summary RV Tech Enterprise IT is growing rapidly to support a dynamic, global workforce and an expanding suite of enterprise applications. As we scale, the need for seamless collaboration and reliable enterprise solutions has never been greater. We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Collaboration & Enterprise Solutions team — the group responsible for delivering and optimizing key workplace tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Smartsheet, Zoom, Slack, SAP, and HRIS systems. As the Senior Manager of Digital Workplace, you will lead a team of four focused on delivering high-performance tools that power productivity and collaboration across the organization. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll own the strategy, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of digital workplace platforms and enterprise-grade systems. You’ll partner cross-functionally with various departments to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, secure, and user-centric. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for collaboration and workplace systems. Oversee the lifecycle of productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Smartsheet) Drive strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of toolsets to meet evolving business needs. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption. Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations in partnership with Procurement and Finance. Ensure system availability, integrations, licensing, user provisioning, and compliance are consistently maintained. Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to meet governance and audit requirements. Establish metrics and reporting for system performance, user engagement, and license optimization. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and integration across platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. 10–12 years of experience managing enterprise applications and collaboration platforms. Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional IT environment, preferably in a high-growth or tech-forward company. Deep familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Slack, and ServiceNow. Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications via APIs, SSO, and identity management systems. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, systems-level thinker with a strong drive for operational excellence and user experience. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, California based applicants: Base salary of 191,600 - 239,500 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range for Irvine, California based applicants: Base salary of $176,200 - $220,300 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law). Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
