Role Summary As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rivian, you will lead and inspire a team of talented recruiters focused on building world-class tech and non-tech teams across in our Serbia site. In this role, you'll drive the recruitment strategy, refine processes, and ensure the delivery of exceptional hiring results for critical engineering functions. Collaborating with technical leaders and senior stakeholders, you will set the vision for talent acquisition in both tech and non-tech spaces. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and innovation within the recruiting team while ensuring alignment with Rivian's mission to drive the future of sustainable transportation. This is an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the teams responsible for our groundbreaking technologies and products. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive high performance. Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet hiring goals for tech and non-tech roles, while also overseeing Rivian’s Early Talent Program locally. Partner with engineering leadership to understand workforce needs, align recruiting efforts with business objectives, and strategically influence decisions related to organisational design where necessary. Partner with key People stakeholders, including Compensation, Benefits, and HR Business Partners, to deliver effective solutions and strategies. Refine and optimise recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an outstanding candidate experience. Analyse recruiting data to identify trends, measure team performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by implementing hiring practices that foster a diverse talent pipeline. Represent Rivian as a recruitment leader at industry events, conferences, and professional networking opportunities, acting as a strong brand ambassador. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and employer branding, to enhance Rivian’s position as an employer of choice.
