Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Lead Talent Management Partner. This individual will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience by owning the strategy, design, and execution of our company-wide Employee Listening program. You will also be a core driver in evolving our Performance Management framework, ensuring our feedback and development processes are continuous, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals. This role is flex based out of our Palo Alto, California office and reports directly to the Director Development, Talent & Mobility. Responsibilities Employee Listening & Feedback Strategy Program Ownership: Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end strategy for all internal surveys, including company-wide engagement surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding/exit surveys, and ad-hoc functional feedback assessments. Data Analysis & Action: Analyze survey results and qualitative feedback data to identify key trends, insights, and areas of opportunity. Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership and HR business partners. Technology Management: Act as the internal subject matter expert for our employee survey platform(s), managing system configuration, data integrity, and user training. Feedback Culture: Drive and implement initiatives for short-cycle feedback mechanisms, ensuring managers and employees are equipped to utilize continuous feedback for real-time development. Performance Management & Development Process Management: Lead the coordination, communication, and execution of annual and mid-year Performance Management cycles. Calibration & Fairness: Drive and facilitate effective Performance Calibration sessions across different business units, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency in talent assessments. Evolution of Process: Research and recommend modern, effective performance management approaches to ensure our systems support a culture of high performance and continuous growth. Goal Setting & Process Improvement Goal Setting Support: Provide guidance and support to teams and managers on effective Goal Setting methodologies, with a particular emphasis on knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) frameworks. Process Optimization: Document, maintain, and continuously improve processes related to performance, feedback, and talent review. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, California based applicants: Base salary of $149,700 - $187,100 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
