About Redwood Materials

Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We’re doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain.

Redwood Materials is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who has an appetite for ensuring a best in class candidate and employee experience, while navigating fast-paced environments with precision and composure. The Recruiting Coordinator will be a cultural ambassador for Redwood and partner closely with a variety of stakeholders. This is a hands-on, tactical role that provides support across the recruiting function and leans into process improvement projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support Recruiting team members and core client groups within different Redwood organizations.
  • Coordinate a high volume of interview requests.
  • Arrange travel and lodging, and promote the Lake Tahoe-Reno, Nevada Area while providing a seamless candidate experience, when applicable.
  • Continue to improve our processes to make every step of our recruiting process exceptional.
  • Preserve data integrity within systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Pull reports and provide analytics related to recruiting metrics.
  • Assist with any pre-employment, immigration, relocation, and travel, as needed.
  • Interpret, explain, and enhance policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 1+ years of equivalent work experience in an Administrative/HR/Recruiting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and remarkable organization skills.
  • Resilient and self-resourceful ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for relationship building, collaboration, and process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
