Redaptive is seeking a critical-thinking problem solver and motivated relationship manager to be a team leader for our Incentives team. As a Senior Incentives Associate, you will support team incentive research and applications by establishing and documenting processes, completing quality checks of work completed by the team, and collecting/presenting team metrics.

This role will be the company lead for establishing internal best practices for executing existing rebates across Redaptive’s technology offerings and helping to create and uncover new opportunities for incentives via engagement with utility/government program contacts and other organizations. The role will have a heavy emphasis on solar generation projects. This position reports to the Manager of Incentives.
