Job Description
Redaptive is seeking an Energy Engineer to join our team; in this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing energy-efficient systems and solutions to ensure the successful execution of our energy-efficiency technology solutions. Your primary focus will be developing strategies to reduce energy consumption, enhance sustainability, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Additionally, you will oversee the quality control of third-party partner project development deliverables, inputs, and research and development to maintain subject matter expertise (SME). The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (mechanical), a deep understanding of energy systems, and a passion for driving innovation in energy efficiency. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Delivery Engineering.
