Job Description
Redaptive is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead and grow our software development team in India. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining high-quality software deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in managing large software engineering teams, including responsibility over DevOps, and QA departments.
Redaptive is an energy management and technology company introducing the concept of EaaS (Efficiency-as-a-Service) to the world. By successfully deploying energy savings projects with in-house metering technology, we are not only saving our customers millions of dollars, but we are being also good to the environment with highly efficient spaces.
Expectation on working hours will be roughly 3 pm – 11 pm IST to align with USA mornings. (These will be the same hours as the other software developers from India will work.).
