Role Summary

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to own requirements management and traceability across our vehicle development programs. You'll be the connective tissue between hardware, firmware, and validation teams — ensuring that what we build maps cleanly to what we've specified, and that our development process supports ISO 26262 compliance at every stage. This role involves performing architectural trade studies, supporting supplier interactions, and having a broad technical impact on how our product performs in the real world, it is not just documentation and requirements.

This role sits at the intersection of systems thinking, functional safety, and EV powertrain expertise. You'll work hands-on with hardware and software teams while building the frameworks and processes that let us move fast without breaking traceability.
