Role Summary
As the Field Quality / Service Program Manager, you will support product quality and reliability in real-world operating conditions. This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving field issues while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to improve overall product performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, field service, and technical support within the automotive, electric vehicle, or heavy-duty transportation industries.
