Help us accelerate the energy transition and work at the intersection of climate, tech, and AI. Join us as a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to drive U.S. growth.

Business Development & Sales Manager (all genders)
Fully remote role, open to citizens residing anywhere in the U.S.

Your mission: Win new clients and boost revenue through strategic sales and partnerships.

  • Sales & Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategy, aligned with global goals.
  • Lead Generation: Cultivate potential clients via networking, relationships, and cold calling.
  • Proposals: Create and manage tailored sales proposals.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to position raicoon AOC.
  • Presentations: Conduct impactful client presentations articulating raicoon’s value proposition.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate and finalize client contracts.
  • Team Collaboration: Align sales objectives with product and marketing teams; develop regional marketing campaigns, inbound and outbound strategies.
  • CRM: Use HubSpot CRM for lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Onboarding: Ensure seamless client onboarding and conversion.
  • Events: Represent raicoon at industry events; lead preparation and follow-ups.
  • PR & Partnerships: Build brand awareness, establish partnerships, and coordinate PR efforts. Looking for a mission-driven individual with a passion for renewable energy and a strong blend of strategic vision, technical know-how, and customer empathy.   • Relationship Building: Proven skill in cultivating industry relationships.
  • Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of renewable energy trends and regulations.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong track record in exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Effective at aligning sales goals with company objectives.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adjust to industry changes and customer needs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using Hubspot for sales tracking.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Business or Engineering Degree: Highly desirable.
  • 5+ Years in Sales: Specifically in the renewable energy sector.
  • Track Record: Proven history in meeting sales targets.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: A big plus.
  • CRM Software: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
  • Microsoft Suite: Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strategic Planning: Prior experience is a strong plus.
