RABOT Energy is looking for a curious and driven Working Student in Product Management (Growth) to support our Growth team in building engaging customer journeys and accelerating our digital acquisition efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth-focused product development, learn how to optimize digital funnels, and directly contribute to our mission of making green energy accessible and attractive.

• Support the Growth team in improving our digital funnel — from landing pages to checkout — to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Help create compelling user flows, test hypotheses, and track performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Conduct competitive research and support in prioritizing features and experiments.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging, conversion-optimized landing pages and user touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to bring growth initiatives to life.
• Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: You’ve gained initial exposure to product, growth, or marketing topics — through internships, student jobs, or side projects.
• Analytical Thinking: You enjoy working with data, drawing conclusions, and identifying actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working across different teams.
• Digital Curiosity: You’re excited by the challenge of increasing user engagement and optimizing digital journeys.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English.
