Help Redefine How People Think About the Energy Transition

Our dynamic tariffs make energy consumption smarter, more flexible, and more affordable - but most people don’t even know this is possible yet and how they benefit. That’s where you come in.
We’re backed by over €35M from leading VCs, with more than 100,000 customers. We are scaling fast and performance marketing is a key lever to accelerate and deepen our growth.
We’re not following the usual direct-to-consumer script. This category is often overlooked, complex, and not well understood, but full of potential.
You won’t just manage CPAs. You’ll help build a performance engine from the ground up. If you like turning strategy into fast, focused execution and want your work to matter, we’d love to talk.

  • Own performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Paid Search and Affiliates (AWIN etc.)
  • Scale Meta advertising - test and iterate across audiences, creative, and user journeys to educate and convert customers about a high-impact and smarter product in a traditionally low-engagement category
  • Manage and coach the Affiliates manager - help them optimize and grow the channel
  • Explore and test new channels like native advertising, Reddit, or others to expand acquisition
  • Maintain paid search (Google/Bing) - mostly low-touch oversight and optimization
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and BI to get the support and inputs you need to scale your channels
  • Experiment fast - we prefer testing 5 things this month over perfecting one idea for a quarter
  • 7+ years of experience in analytical roles, with 4+ in performance marketing (pref: Meta focus)
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics etc.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests strategically - balance boldness & learning
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments like early-stage startups
  • Sharp analytical instincts - you can quickly spot what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next
  • Ownership mindset — you push things forward and get them done.
  • Experience mentoring or managing others
  • Experience exploring or launching new channels (native advertising, Reddit, etc.) and/or working in complex, low-awareness, or high-friction consumer categories is a plus
  • Ownership of a core growth function in a company with strong momentum
  • Collaboration with sharp, motivated teammates who care about the mission
