Job Description

We are currently looking for you to join as an intern (m/f/d)in the BOM & Change Management teamof our R&D department!
- Support the BOM team in configuring and releasing the complete EBOM structure for all Quantron projects w.r.t PDP process
- Be involved in review meetings with commodity owners to ensure the quality & completeness of EBOM and product data at key milestones
- Support the team in preparing process documents, requirement documents, training documents.
- Gather the requirements from 3Dx users regarding functional queries, PLM access, trainings, customizations and process improvements
- Provide data migration support for PLM & ERP integration
- Support in ensuring the consistency of BOM and Meta Data synchronization between 3Dx & ERP
- Support in change management process (CR/CO/CA): coordinate part release, BOM changes, date, milestone, and variant effectivity, manage change workflows and approvers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
- Basic understanding of automotive industry processes
- Basic understanding of BOM, Change Management process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Ability to use the PLM tools (3Dx/ENOVIA is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Fluent language skills in English (German is an advantage)
- Strong in creating documentations
