Job Description

We are currently looking for you to join as an Designing Engineer (m/f/d) in our Production & Operations department!
- Designer for supervision of series components and equipment construction
- Designing of component parts, fixtures and workshop equipment
- Completion of design drawings with technical specifications due to engineer standards and regulations
- Conformity checks of design drawings regarding engineer standards, material specifications and process parameters
- Contribution to product design in line with simultaneous engineering methodology regarding production process requirements
- Conformity checks of completeness parts lists together with production engineering
- Selection of suitable production processes and workshop equipment
- Ensuring quality standards according to the QM guidelines and legal specifications
- Contribution to development of cost-effective production processes
- Fluency in German (at least C1) is essential for this position
- Mechanical engineer (specialized in Design Engineering) or mechanical technician with many years of experience in Design Engineering
- Solid technical understanding of product design and production engineering
- Solid understanding of engineer standards and legal specifications regarding product safety
- Broad and in-depth know-how in operating CAD software such as CATIA
- Good language skills in English
- Structured, autonomous and goal-oriented working method
