We are currently looking for you to join as a PMO Transformation Business Partner(m/f/d) for our Finance department!

• Act as Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) for the organization to drive the digital transformation and future development of the group
• Implement and continuously improve lean and efficient business processes
• Drive the IT transformation within time and budget
• Challenge the organization to establish the best end to end process solution
• Continuously develop processes to adjust for growth and changing business environment
• Be an active voice of the transformation
• Set the priorities in line with the strategic priorities of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Engineering is required, MBA is a plus
• PMO / Transformation experience as a consultant or inhouse resource
• Over 5 years of work experience
• Good understanding of IFRS, HGB, US-Gaap standards
• Practical experience in MS Dynamics 365 capabilities in the context of a manufacturing group
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
