To keep this process running smoothly and intelligently, we’re looking for an Improvement Specialist who thrives on data, biology, and continuous improvement. This is your chance to truly make an impact in a high-tech environment with a clear mission.Your mission is to ensure that Hall A delivers a stable and predictable output—day in, day out. You’ll use data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and implement improvements that make our processes smarter, faster, and more efficient. You’ll be the link between operations, R&D, and improvement projects, helping us grow—in both insects and insights.

• Daily analysis of process and biological data (such as feed consumption, hatch ratios, temperature profiles)
• dentifying trends and anomalies—and taking action before they become problems• Steering minor process adjustments in collaboration with CIS, OPS, and R&D
• Working closely with operators and team leads to implement improvements
• Chairing the Hall A core team and aligning stakeholders
• Supporting experiments (such as new feed recipes, lighting settings, genetic lines)
• Drafting and improving work instructions

• Combining data from Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and other sources to generate actionable insights You are analytical, hands-on, and not afraid to make decisions. You enjoy working with data but are just as comfortable on the shop floor, implementing improvements with your colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment and know how to balance quick fixes with long-term solutions.

  You have:

• A background in biology, process technology, or data-driven operations
• Experience with data tools and dashboards
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
