Your role will include providing strategic HR solutions tailored to our business needs, supporting the performance and development of our people and teams at all levels of the organisation and driving culture and impactful change within our ecosystem.

• Collaborate and partner with management to anticipate and strategize human resource requirements in line with our business development and goals.
• Lead the annual performance management cycle, career and succession planning, and appraisal process, guiding managers in identifying talent and defining development plans aligned to performance standards and company values
• Define, execute and monitor the strategic (international) learning and development plan for Protix, including budget planning.
• Be the driving force behind the Protix Academy, holding accountability for (content) development, compliance, quality and planning., coordinating the internal trainers and the partnership with external third parties, like training, knowledge and governmental institutes.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and team members on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations and legal frameworks.
• Contribute to shaping and implementing the HR strategy by introducing innovative policies, sharing industry best practice and keeping abreast of emerging trends.
• Lead specific projects as outlined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving organisational effectiveness, with a focus on learning and development.
• HBO level qualification in HR/Business Administration.
• 5-10 years experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
• Profound knowledge, interest, network and experience in developing learning and development programs and interventions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the strategic (advise) role of HR.
• Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for impactful culture and people development and solutions.
• Effective collaborator and communicator with strong cultural sensitivity.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
