Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist who is resourceful, innovative, and AI-driven to design, deliver, and optimize learning initiatives at project44. This role blends instructional design expertise, technology-driven learning solutions, and automation to scale impactful team member development across the globe. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, digital learning, program execution, and leveraging AI and data to modernize and enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain learning materials (eLearning, facilitator guides, microlearning, job aids, etc.) aligned with project44’s business goals.
  • Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to ensure learning effectiveness.

AI & Automation in L&D

  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MindSmith, Notebook LM) to accelerate development and improve learner engagement.
  • Implement AI and automation tools to improve learning experiences (e.g., onboarding bots, adaptive learning paths, automated reporting).
  • Stay updated on emerging AI applications in corporate learning and introduce innovative practices.
  • Prototype and test AI-enhanced simulations, virtual facilitators, and chatbots for onboarding and continuous learning.

Program Management & Delivery

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of global L&D programs (onboarding, compliance, and functional upskilling).
  • Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and internal subject-matter experts (SMEs).
  • Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ensure learning solutions are accessible and available on-demand.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and design effective learning solutions.
  • Champion a learning culture by promoting digital learning platforms and self-directed growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, EdTech, or Instructional Design
  • Proficiency in AI/automation tools for content creation, personalization, or workflow automation
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, MindSmith, Seismic, or similar).
  • Familiarity with learning data, analytics, and dashboards
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented – experimental mindset and comfortable piloting new solutions.

Good-to-Have

  • Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Skills in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia content creation.
  • Data analytics or dashboarding skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience integrating AI with learning platforms, HR systems, or productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of xAPI, SCORM, or LRS (Learning Record Stores).
  • Exposure to multinational or SaaS companieswith fast-paced, distributed workforces.
  • Experience in internal/external branding, internal comms, content writing, or similar.

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office 5 days weekly.
