About the role

This role is a critical role owning the entire NetSuite ERP at project44, including user administration, maintenance, enhancements, and support. The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure NetSuite is being used optimally, as well as to help analyze when new or enhanced functionality may be needed.

What you will work on

  • Ongoing NetSuite maintenance and administration, including user and role-based access setup
  • Perform administrative functions including user management, permissions, customer records, reports, saved searches, workflows, forms, supporting system upgrades, and guide users on NetSuite best practices, especially around SuiteBilling and ARM
  • Design and maintenance of the entire order-to-cash process, including SuiteBilling, SuiteTax, and Advanced Revenue Management
  • Global NetSuite revitalization project, including consolidation of multiple global ERPs and corresponding accounting processes
  • Maintain and enhance integrations with source systems into / out of NetSuite
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing NetSuite-centric solutions to existing and new business problems, including SuiteFlow and SuiteScript
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite saved searches and reports
  • Hands-on analysis and debugging of system and integration errors and issues, including recommendation and execution of solutions
  • User enablement and training on reports, saved searches, analytics
  • Perform system audits, data audits, error log checks, and resolve issues identified
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and People teams to drive master data governance process and controls

What you bring

  • 5+ years supporting Finance processes within NetSuite, including a full understanding of the NetSuite stack
  • Experience designing or maintaining SuiteBilling and SuiteTax is required
  • Experience working with Advanced Procurement, SuiteFlow, and/or SuiteScript preferred
  • Working knowledge of APIs and their functional applications; specific experience working with NetSuite APIs a plus
  • Ability to have detailed conversations with business and operations stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Experience with global ERP / Finance Systems implementations and working with third-party implementation providers; NetSuite implementation experience is ideal
  • Strong customer-focus and business acumen, while focusing on communications and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and translate feedback from non-technical audiences into actionable implementations
  • Proven ability to solve practical business problems
  • Experience with change management by building, testing, and deploying changes across multiple environments
  • In-office Commitment: Employees are expected to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in the office three days weekly
