At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Electrician to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.

Essential job duties include:

• Plan layout and install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications of job specifications and local codes
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, inverters, PV panels or other components
• Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.

Education/Experience

• Active Electrician’s license in designated state required prior to start date
• Experience with Salesforce, SmartDraw, One Mile Up Panel Planner, Socrates Contractor’s Library and/or Craftsman CD Estimator are a plus.
• Experience in bending tubing or conduit and fabricating, assembling and disassembling manufactured products by hand
• Experience in performing safety inspections in construction or resource extraction settings and industrial, manufacturing or repair settings

Base Salary

$25—$30 USD
