As a Raw Materials Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for understanding and forecasting the market trends within the commodities sector, with a particular focus on oilseeds and tropical fats. Leveraging your expertise, you will analyze and interpret the full spectrum of market drivers (economical, geopolitical, environmental, and supply chain factors) to provide actionable insights. Your work will be integral to our procurement strategy, empowering stakeholders across the business with timely intelligence and informed outlooks that drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the global oilseeds and tropical fats markets, while monitoring related raw material sectors including cocoa, sugar, dairy, and lecithins
• Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the global supply landscape
• Develop, enhance, and maintain robust, well-structured forecasting models and data repositories
• Translate complex datasets into clear, visually compelling, and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Support deal valuation by providing thorough market research and analysis during transaction assessments
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure forecasts are aligned with strategic and operational requirements
• Solid experience in analytics and/or commodities trading, ideally with a focus on oilseeds or fats
• Deep understanding of how commodity markets operate
• Proficiency in analytical tools, as well as data visualization tools like PowerBI
• Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
