As a Capital Investment Projects Intern, you will work closely with our Project Manager to support the execution of a major investment project, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring project activities
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and progress reports to keep everyone aligned
• Contribute to budget tracking and financial analysis of our investment project
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support key project decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Support in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• You’re currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar
• You combine analytical thinking with a structured, proactive way of working
• You are confident using MS Office
• You’re a strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
• You’re curious about project management, investment planning, and how ideas become reality
• You are comfortable with travelling often to Pilsen, Czech Republic This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months. We don't accept thesis projects.
