We're looking for a Senior Sustainability Solutions Manager to join our Sustainability Solutions department. Your role will support our team in two critical areas, and include enhancing the internal workflow between the Sustainability Solutions Team and Plan A’s Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as apply your subject matter expertise in emissions management to support developing solutions that help clients to decarbonise their organisations, products and services. In addition, you will be joining our Sales and Customer Success teams in technical client calls if needed.

We are looking for someone to:

• Enhance the internal subject matter communication between the Sustainability Solutions (SuSo) department and Plan A’s Sales and Customer Success teams. In particular to establish processes that identify the feasibility, timeline and effort required to provide clients with custom services.
• Understand the technical expertise and priorities of the SuSo team, and Plan A’s current product and service roadmap to create alignment between client needs and the delivery of respective product and service offers, in particular related to decarbonization.
• Have an active participation in the identification of emission reduction actions to improve Plan A’s platform, and also to provide tailor made recommendations for off - platform consultancy decarbonization projects.
• Conduct the necessary research and to create tools, reports, and other mechanisms to estimate emission reduction potential of identified emission reduction actions at industry and company specific levels.
• Join our Sales and Customer Success teams in technical client calls, on an as-needed basis
• Ensure market feedback from our customers is looped back to the SuSo Team
• Stay up-to-date with trends in emissions management, decarbonization, and ESG policy

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a consulting role
• Solid understanding of carbon accounting and emissions management, as well as ESG reporting principles with a strong willingness to further develop domain expertise
• Ability to communicate subject matter expertise to non-technical audiences - mostly in the context of the feasibility, time and effort required to support clients with needs not currently covered by our software or client services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Team player mentality with an empathetic approach towards coworkers and customers who values cooperation over competition
• Fluency in English at a proficient business level is a must for this position.
