We're seeking an ambitious intern to assist the Customer Support team, with the potential for a full-time position upon completion of the internship. If successful the internship can turn into a full-time position after 6 months. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!

Your responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in using the Plan A sustainability platform.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Educate customers on how to operationalise sustainability within their business using Plan A platform.
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, including FAQs and tutorials, to aid customers to self-serve.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to carbon accounting and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Data and target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
• Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• You are fluent in German and English
