Role Overview
As a (Junior) Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through post-sale support. You manage leads, book appointments, assist customers with documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the installation teams, delivering a professional and friendly service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify Dutch leads quickly and professionally.
- Explain Otovo’s solar solutions and Care Product clearly
- Book meetings with the Sales Team and guide customers through next steps.
- Manage inbound calls and first response through our CRM tool (Hubspot)
- Support customers with document submission and follow-ups.
- Track project progress and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Dutch fluency required (C1 or higher); English proficiency essential.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office software.
