Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Ostrom, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies and driving our online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize our performance marketing efforts across various digital channels.

  • Develop targeted performance marketing strategies, focusing on creative and cost-effective customer acquisition, to achieve company-wide growth goals.
  • Specialize in at least one primary digital marketing channel (e.g., PPC or Paid Social) while maintaining a generalist’s understanding of other channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Tableau to gather insights, measure performance, and inform decision-making.
  • Manage campaigns across different platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • 1-3 years experience as a performance marketer.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong specialization in at least one channel.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, e.g. CPC, CVR, CAC, etc.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Native German
  • Startup experience
