About the Position

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner (5%)
• Organizing and maintaining the office space; maintaining general office cleanliness. (10%)
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and email (5-10%)
• Organizing and scheduling meetings, interviews, and on-site visits (5%- new hires, Board meetings, all hands)
• Receiving packages; sorting and distributing mail (5%)
• Maintaining supplies inventory; placing and receiving orders (5%)
• Booking travel arrangements as needed (0% currently, will take over Concur shortly, 5%)
• Assisting with employee onboarding (15%)
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment; workstation set-up (5%)
• Maintaining vendor relationships (5%)
• Coordinating building and maintenance issues (5%)
• Data entry and other administrative support to the HR, Finance, and Legal departments (5%)
• General administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing (5%)
• Updating company documents (0%)
• Other admin duties as needed
