These types of change require a team that can think big but also can translate visionary goals into a strategy of incremental changes to make concrete progress.

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to help us design values-based personalization into the core of wealth-management tools. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams from Product, User Research, ESG Research, and business teams to understand user needs, design user experiences and interfaces, and drive product improvements across JPMC applications for Wealth Advisors and clients. Expert use of UX design principles, user research, and interaction design will be instrumental in shaping the way users interact with our products.

To be a good fit for this role, you should have experience working on a highly collaborative team and understand the patterns of a feedback-oriented design environment. You must be self-motivated and outcome-driven. You should have solid intuition that enables you to work rapidly and independently, and an ability to work with ambiguity and make progress even when there are many unknowns.

This role will report to the Head of Product.
