Bei Octopus Wärmepumpen installieren wir nicht nur, wir definieren den Standard neu. In unserer eigenen Trainingshalle in Mannheim bereiten wir die Trupps von morgen auf die Realität vor. Wir suchen jemanden, der das Handwerk im Blut hat und Lust hat, die nächste Generation von Wärmepumpen-Profis zu formen.
Du bist der Mastermind hinter unserem 2-wöchigen Onboarding-Zyklus. Alle vier Wochen empfängst du eine neue Gruppe aus Anlagenmechanikern, Elektrikern und Fundamentbauern und machst sie fit für die Octopus-Mission.
