Comment on fait ? On ne peut pas révolutionner le monde en travaillant comme tout le monde On essaye de ne pas trop se prendre la tête, ici on évolue dans un environnement sans trop de process ni trop de règles. Le plus important, ce n’est pas seulement de suivre le mouvement, mais de le créer.
On ne veut pas créer des clones d’entreprise. On te veut toi, avec tes talents, tes perspectives et tes compétences uniques.
Nous recherchons un.e Lead Data Analytics expérimenté·e et motivé·e pour piloter notre pôle Data Commercial (appelées pod). Ce rôle est avant tout un rôle de partenaire business: tu comprendras en profondeur les enjeux des équipes Ventes, Marketing et Expérience Client, tu définiras avec elles les bons problèmes à résoudre, et tu traduiras ces besoins en solutions data à forte valeur ajoutée.
Tu seras responsable de l’animation du pôle et garant·e de la qualité, de la pertinence métier et de l’impact des livrables.
