Job Description
As a Junior Business Credit Specialist, you'll be a foundational member of our Business Credit team, receiving comprehensive training to support individuals and businesses. Your primary goal will be to provide outrageously good customer service, supporting customers in resolving their financial obligations, and learning the processes for the timely collection of outstanding balances.
As part of this role we will discuss the opportunity to take part in a CICM Level 3 Credit Control apprenticeship, this will be dependent upon successful completion of your 6 month probation.
