The Platform Operations Team at OEGEN provides critical support across the organisation, developing and operating the systems and processes that underpin the management of our diverse portfolio of corporate investments.

This team works across sectors, supporting not only the Development Investment and Portfolio Teams but also Energy Transition, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Offshore Wind Teams. Their work is vital for ensuring efficient and effective operations, fostering innovation, and maintaining compliance across all teams.

The Portfolio Manager is a key conduit between the Portfolio Director and the operational team, tasked with translating strategic objectives into effective operational actions. This role ensures the rigorous execution of OEGEN’s investment strategies within the renewable energy sector. The Portfolio Manager oversees the daily management of the portfolio, optimizes project outcomes, and supports the strategic growth and sustainability goals of OEGEN. Critical to this role is the ability to maintain a holistic view of multiple projects while ensuring detailed attention to compliance, risk management, and stakeholder relations.
