Um unser deutsches Team aufzubauen, suchen wir ein motiviertes Talent im Bereich Customer Operations, das danach strebt, unseren Kund*innen den besten Kundenservice zu bieten.
In dieser Gründungsphase bist du einer der ersten in unserem Customer Service Team, das in allen Belangen rund um Customer Operations aktiv mit unseren Kund*innen interagiert.
Du hast direkten Kund*innenkontakt und stelltst sicher, dass sich unsere Kund*innen zu jeglichen Zeitpunkt unterstützt fühlen. Da wir ganz am Anfang stehen, gibt es unglaublich viel zu tun, aber auch die Chance, unsere Prozesse ab Tag 1 mitzugestalten.
