As part of our growth phase, Nuada is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to lead our communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and the cleantech sector, and will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage public relations activities to enhance and protect the organization's reputation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with Nuada's mission and goals.
• Craft compelling content for various platforms, including articles, blog posts, and social media.
• Develop, manage and coordinate the distribution of press releases including engagement with the different corporate stakeholders involved.
• Manage and update content on the company's website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, public sentiment, and communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Build, coordinate and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. Respond to information requests from media.
• Organize events and outreach activities to promote Nuada's initiatives and engage the community.
• Prepare and manage budgets for communication projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles. Preferably from an industrial background.
• Strong understanding of the cleantech industry and sustainability issues.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
• Experience managing media relations and building partnerships.
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with content management systems and web analytics
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
