The Analyst's mission involves the execution, management, and coordination of analyses to meet the diverse needs of the company, with a particular focus on research aimed at data collection for Research, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Product Development projects. They are expected to deliver high-quality results, supported by in-depth analysis that not only generates impact but also facilitates strategic decision-making. This role emphasizes the expert management of advanced teams such as AAS, DSC, and basic physicochemical analysis, including activities such as measuring water activity, moisture, peroxide index, pH, rheology, among others. Additionally, active collaboration with other global teams is expected, providing technical support and analysis to facilitate decision-making throughout the organization.
