Job Description

We are looking for a Talent and Performance Manager to join our fantastic team and shape the future of our talent management strategy.

As a Talent and Performance Manager, you will be a key player in developing and executing our company-wide talent management strategy. You will be part of the Group HRBP and Excellence team and this role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and Implement Talent Management Programs: Develop comprehensive talent management strategies that align with Northvolt’s values and goals. This includes developing and leading the talent review process to assess our talent pipeline and identify potential gaps.


Succession Planning Strategy: Develop and implement a robust succession planning strategy to ensure the continuity of key positions within the company. This includes identifying critical roles, analyzing the skill requirements for these roles, and anticipating future needs and changes.


Strengthen Performance Management: Take a leading role in enhancing our performance management process. This includes refining performance metrics, optimizing performance assessment tools, and providing managers with the necessary training for effective performance evaluations. Additionally, you will develop strategies for addressing performance issues and drive initiatives to recognize and reward high performance.


Build a High-Performance Culture: Work closely with HRBPs and company leadership to promote a culture of high performance. Develop and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.


Develop Employee Development Roadmaps: Collaborate with HRBPs and departmental leaders to establish development roadmaps for employees at all levels. This includes designing targeted development initiatives, career progression plans, and leadership development programs.


Leverage Talent Analytics: Oversee the collection and analysis of talent data and utilize this data to inform decisions about talent management strategies and initiatives. This includes identifying trends, predicting future needs, and assessing the effectiveness of current programs.


Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine our talent management strategies and initiatives to ensure they remain effective and relevant. This includes staying abreast of the latest best practices and incorporating them into our talent management approach.
