As Rewards Specialist, you will support our growing organization with a wide range of Compensation & Benefits matters, ensuring that our rewards offerings are competitive, consistent, and inclusive across all of Northvolt. This role offers the opportunity to work both strategically—designing and developing new processes—and hands-on, partnering closely with our teams to implement and deliver on our total rewards philosophy.

To thrive in this role, you have a proactive mindset, enjoy collaborating across functions, and are motivated by building something new in a fast-paced, international environment. Together with the rest of the Rewards team, you will play a key role in making Northvolt an exceptional place to work.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting with the evolution in the design and implementation of our long term incentive program
• Support with calculation and analysis of Executive Compensation
• Working on and developing our benefits offering
• Operational rewards tasks such as develop and manage the annual salary review process in strong cooperation with the rest of the HR team and management
• Gender pay gap reporting
• Process ownership and development of the compensation module in our new HR system together with the HRIS team
• Support the People organization with data, staying on top of market practice, and co-create innovative solutions and offerings to further strengthen our employee value proposition
