Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist, someone that can oversee the management and optimization of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms within the organization. This role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring the effective utilization of HR data and technology solutions to support HR operations, enhance data accuracy, and drive strategic decision-making through data analytics. Whilst we are looking for someone who is analytical, we also hope to find someone with drive, energy and a willingness to be agile and have fun at work.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, including data entry, data integrity, and system configurations and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide technical support to end-users.
- Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate user training sessions and develop user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT support teams.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and new modules as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and optimize system functionality.
