We are looking for Purchasing Intern to our Northvolt Global Scaling Services (GSS) in Gdańsk who will be responsible for supporting our Operational Purchasing Team, ensuring smooth purchasing operations for our overseas locations.

Main responsibilities:

• Operationally support the organization with purchasing activities, such as creating purchase orders, ensuring a smooth P2P process and onboarding new suppliers to the ERP system (via iValua) ;
• Manage the operations of implemented buying channels;
• Onboarding new vendors;
• Data administration;
• Complete and submit all necessary documentation from both suppliers;
