En tant qu'expert en PFMEA et DFMEA, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans notre usine Northvolt Six en développant, mettant en œuvre et maintenant la méthodologie et la boîte à outils Northvolt PFMEA et DFMEA à Northvolt Six. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles locales et mondiales pour promouvoir l'amélioration continue, la normalisation et l'efficacité opérationnelle de l'usine Northvolt Six.

L'organisation qualité de Northvolt Six travaille avec diligence avec d'autres fonctions pour garantir l'excellence client et l'introduction des normes de qualité les plus élevées pour notre usine et nos produits.

Les principales responsabilités, mais sans s'y limiter, comprennent :

• Développer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir la méthodologie et la boîte à outils PFMEA et DFMEA de Northvolt à Northvolt Six.
• Fournir un leadership et une expertise technique dans la discipline PFMEA et DFMEA.
• Développer des structures PFMEA et DFMEA pour les produits et lignes de production existants et nouveaux.
• Encadrer le personnel à divers postes dans leur application des outils, techniques et principes PFMEA et DFMEA.
• Planification et exécution d'ateliers d'équipe PFMEA et DFMEA avec les départements spécialisés selon le PDP.
• Maintien et développement ultérieur de normes pour PFMEA et DFMEA en tant que système de base de connaissances pour d'autres projets et effets de synergie.
• Assurer que les leçons apprises dans la discipline PFMEA et DFMEA sont transférées au R&D mondial de Northvolt.
• Enforcing des mesures dans tous les départements et présentation des résultats aux équipes de projet et aux clients.
• Créer des concepts de formation pour promouvoir PFMEA et DFMEA en tant qu'outil de développement le plus important.

PFMEA & DFMEA Expert Engineer – Northvolt Six

We are looking for a driven PFMEA & DFMEA Expert Engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate team based in Montreal, but working closely together with the global quality teams. By joining us, you will be a key player in working establishing our PFMEA and DFMEA methodology and toolbox in order to prepare for launching the factory to mass-production sale. Your contribution will enable building one of the first large scale North American battery factories.

About the job

As a PFMEA & DFMEA Expert Engineer you will play a pivotal role at our Northvolt Six factory in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Northvolt PFMEA and DFMEA methodology and toolbox at Northvolt Six. You will collaborate closely with local and global cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency for Northvolt Six factory.

About the team

The diverse and highly motivated team in the Northvolt Six Process Engineering / Quality organization is closely collaborating with the global quality functions at various world-wide locations within the Northvolt group. The Northvolt Six quality organization is diligently working with other functions to ensure successful customer excellence and the introduction of highest quality and standards for our factory and products.

Key responsibilities , but are not limited to:

• Develop, implement and maintain the Northvolt PFMEA and DFMEA methodology and toolbox at Northvolt Six
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within PFMEA and DFMEA discipline
• Develop PFMEA and DFMEA structures for existing and new products and production lines
• Mentor staff at various positions in their application of PFMEA and DFMEA tools, techniques, and principles.
• Planning and execution of PFMEA and DFMEA team workshops with the specialist departments according to PDP
• Maintaining and further development of standards for PFMEA and DFMEA as a Knowledge Database System for further projects and synergy effects.
• Secure that lessons learned within PFMEA and DFMEA discipline are transferred to Global Northvolt R&D
• Enforcing of measures in all departments and presenting results to the project teams and customers
• Create training concepts to push PFMEA and DFMEA to the most important development tool
