About the job

As we're going in to our next chapter, you will shape and drive HR strategies that support business goals while fostering a strong, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.

Your responsibilities will include leading key HR functions such as talent management, employee relations and organizational development. You will also play a critical role in leading company culture building, as well as an advisory role to senior management, ensuring that HR policies and initiatives align with the company’s strategic direction.

The team
In this position, you'd report directly to our CEO and work closely with the management team. You will manage a small team, consisting of an HRBP and Talent Acquisition Specialist. This team will together work closely with our HR team in Gdansk.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building a world-class HR operation (hire, lead and systems) for the organization
• Convert business strategies into HR operations and support management to deliver on company goals
• Ensuring legal compliance, collective bargaining agreements and bargaining processes being primary contact for general counsel concerning employee relation matters
• Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent and Succession planning, Employer Branding, Occupational health care processes etc
• Drive initiatives for company culture and retention

Full time employment, fixed salary.
