Responsabilités :

1. Conception des parcours d'apprentissage :

- Collaborer avec des experts en la matière sur plusieurs sites pour analyser les besoins et développer des parcours d'apprentissage basés sur l'aquisition progressive de compétences.

- Concevoir des expériences d'apprentissage engageantes et interactives utilisant différentes modalités adaptés au contenu ainsi qu'aux apprenants.

2. Développement et sélection de contenus :

- Créer des contenus d'apprentissage de haute qualité et sélectionner le matériel existant adapté aux besoins.

- Maintenir un référentiel centralisé du matériel d'apprentissage accessible à tous les employés.

3. Intégration de la technologie de l'apprentissage :

- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des technologies d'apprentissage pour soutenir les initiatives, en cohérence avec les outils d'entreprise (LMS).

- Fournir un support technique et une formation sur les outils d'apprentissage pour garantir leur utilisabilité et leur maîtrise.

4. Évaluation et Amélioration Continue :

- Développer des stratégies d'évaluation et analyser les données provenant de diverses populations de sites pour informer les améliorations.

- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour itérer sur les solutions d'apprentissage en fonction des retours et des meilleures pratiques.

5. Engagement des Parties Prenantes et Collaboration :

- Partenariat avec les parties prenantes sur site pour comprendre les besoins et les priorités en matière d'apprentissage.

- Favoriser la collaboration et le partage des connaissances entre les sites pour exploiter l'expertise et les meilleures pratiques.

As a Learning Architect, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing and implementing cutting-edge learning experiences and solutions across multiple sites. We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about developing talent and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Learning Experience Design:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts across multiple sites to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives.

- Design engaging and interactive learning experiences that leverage a variety of modalities, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and hands-on activities.

- Ensure consistency and alignment of learning experiences across sites while accommodating site-specific needs and requirements.

2. Content Development and Curation:

- Create high-quality learning content, including presentations, videos, simulations, and job aids, that can be utilized across multiple sites.

- Curate existing learning resources and external content to supplement internal learning programs, taking into account the diverse needs of different sites.

- Maintain a repository of learning materials accessible to employees across all sites, ensuring ease of access and relevance.

3. Learning Technology Integration:

- Identify and evaluate learning technologies and platforms to support learning initiatives across multiple sites.

- Implement and customize learning management systems (LMS) and other learning tools to optimize the delivery of learning experiences, ensuring compatibility and scalability across sites.

- Provide technical support and training to users of learning technologies at all sites, fostering a culture of digital literacy and proficiency.

4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and experiences across multiple sites.

- Analyze learning data and feedback from diverse site populations to identify common trends and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with site-based stakeholders to iterate on learning solutions based on feedback, evaluation results, and emerging best practices.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

- Partner closely with site-based stakeholders, including HR, operations, and engineering teams, to understand learning needs and priorities specific to each site.

- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across sites, leveraging best practices and expertise from different locations.

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all sites to provide updates on learning initiatives, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
