As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ndustrial, you will be responsible for driving the company's efforts in attracting and hiring top industry talent. You will manage all stages of the recruitment and hiring process including sourcing, attracting, assessing, interview coordination and scheduling, and presenting top talent. There will be close collaboration with People Operations, Senior Leadership and Hiring Managers. The right candidate will be driven to find the best talent to fit the business needs, highly collaborative, local to Raleigh, and excited to work in a hybrid work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Opportunity to partner on HR Generalist activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong preference to experience in the SaS and/or Energy Industry.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, managing multiple requisitions in a start-up environment.
  • Strong ability to source candidates through various channels and assess their qualifications, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
