Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with various data sets?

In this role, you will get to make a crucial impact on improving our customer and data-related processes in order to bring our customer experience to the next level. Joining our Customer Experience team, you will be collaborating with experienced support engineers, customer success managers, and content writers, finding innovative solutions for a great customer experience and scaling our business with our mobile indoor mapping system.

If you are someone who has a good understanding of customer and business needs, is comfortable working collaboratively, and enjoys the idea of taking ownership, you could be the person we are looking for!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will generate reports and dashboards for various stakeholders including our Customer Success Managers and our Resellers
  • You will help us monitor our customers’ satisfaction through data analysis
  • You will scale our BI systems to combine and analyze even more data points
  • You will be involved in the continuous improvement process of our Business Intelligence documentation by providing KPIs and reflecting on the general performance

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You have in-progress studies in information systems, informatics, business administration or a similar field
  • Excel modeling experiences combined with your analytical thinking, will elevate your ability to structure complex matters
  • A passion for working with data, Power BI, and SQL will empower you to work actively on your tasks; Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Power Automate knowledge are a plus
  • You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language
