The AEC Industry is in need of change to a more sustainable future. The breakthrough needed and the foundation for this is a continously updated 3D Digital Twin, available to everyone. NavVis is leading this change, and this role is pivotal to scaling this and taking it to the next level.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a true entrepreneur and a vital new executive team member (you will report directly to our CRO). Together, we want to expand our international footprint in the Reality Capture industry and lead our global sales team to a new success.

You will build and create evolutionary impact on the reality capture business worldwide with NavVis’ ground-breaking technology. In doing so, together, WE will transform and maximize the usage of this technology in society.

If you have deep knowledge of the Reality Capture industry and proven leadership experience in Sales, we are looking forward to welcome you onboard to expand our game-changing products to help our customers globally!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Set vision and direct NavVis towards revolutionizing the Reality Capture industry.
  • Lead, evaluate, coach, and mentor our international direct and Indirect selling teams, as well as our global Business Development Team to maximize the usage of our Reality Capture technology.
  • You will have ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and driving the GTM strategy, thereby having the full responsibility of ensuring the success of our global Reality Capture business
  • By actively providing support and guidance to Team Leads reporting to you, you will in turn help ensure the success of their teams
  • Drive both NavVis' Hardware and Software sales in different markets in alignment with the company’s long-term strategy
  • Proactively engage with Product/ Engineering/ Design teams to improve our products and go-to-market approaches

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Experience in B2B sales (software or industrial technology), especially in AEC SaaS solutions and/or technical hardware (laser scanning, surveying, construction engineering, or facility mapping)
  • Experience in running a Global B2B sales team (both direct and indirect), and a demonstrated track record of success in doing so
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Curiosity about technology and a keen ability to quickly understand technical topics, paired with an enthusiasm that enables you to understand and explain the potential of NavVis technology to customers
  • You have previous experience in skillfully motivating your sales teams to not just crush quota but also to effectively manage their non-sales responsibilities, such as updating their pipeline, producing good and reliable forecasts, and sharing insights from their customers with other teams
  • Willingness to travel across the world to work with your Sales Team colleagues and their customers in their territories
  • You have a strong analytical and agile mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • You are based in Germany
