Job Description

Natron Energy is seeking an Engineer to develop and implement new processes for producing electrodes for Na-ion batteries. Critical activities include developing mix procedures and slurry characterization methods, as well as improving coating and calendaring processes. Natron Energy electrodes use new chemistries as well as commercially available components. This engineer will need to develop a thorough understanding of the entire coating process and the differences and opportunities presented by moving from lab scale to pilot production to high volume production. Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement with thoughtful, collaborative and disciplined execution is a must.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on team player who thrives in an active, problem-solving environment.
