Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager will be part of the Revenue Enablement team and responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support, including oversight on special projects and activities, with ownership of our CRM and the tech stack shared across Revenue teams. This role will be responsible for assisting the Revenue team’s leadership in driving operational excellence and compliance across the tech stack, is a value-add business partner to Revenue Funnel teams, enabling revenue growth and increasing productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, streamlined project management, value-added information, and supporting the implementation of new technology.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Manage and maintain sales and customer data in Hubspot, Salesforce, and other software or database programs
  • Function as a deal desk analyst, supporting contract management and ensuring deals are correctly constructed, guiding teams to best practices that maximize revenue; additionally this role addresses complex details involved in processes at specific deal stages to make certain the deal is completed properly to activate implementation/onboarding activities for new customers
  • Create, maintain and deliver lead lists and opportunities via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot, Salesforce and other databases that may drive prospective engagement activities to Revenue teams
  • Implement and support process improvements within the tech stack, including but not limited to workflows, chat processes, automation and rules of engagement for Revenue Funnel teams that are scalable and repeatable
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that drive action and support high performance across the Revenue teams
  • Manage and maintain tech stack process adherence with members of the Revenue Teams
  • Partner with Revenue Leaders to create and maintain revenue forecasting models and data
  • Assist the Revenue Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
  • Partner with Revenue Team leadership to create and maintain tech stack policies, procedures, training manuals, and resource material
  • Assist with the tech stack onboarding and training for new Revenue Team members
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, quota attainment, and customer health metrics (NPS, CSAT, user metrics) that drive strategy and performance across Revenue Teams
  • Refine customer segmentation and assist with territory management using the tech stack and other databases supporting Revenue teams
  • Customer administrative requests

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization - 1+ in a sales role and 2+ in Sales or Revenue Operations
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Metabase (Snowflake), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, NetSuite, AutoPilot, Asana & Zoom preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of Revenue Teams and support appropriate processes to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving, crafting efficient processes and communication that instill confidence and trust with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  • Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

Compensation Range:

  • $90,000 to $115,000 + DOE
